Documents Required

1. Admission form.
2. Photocopy of birth certificate.
3. Photocopy of Kuwaiti Nationality, Father & Mother (if Kuwaiti).
4. Passport copy of the student, Father, Mother with Residence (if Non-Kuwaiti).
5. Two photographs of the student.
6. Civil I.D. copy of the student, Father and Mother.
7. Transfer certificate from the last school (Attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Embassy of Kuwait).
8. Clearance Certificate from the last school (if in Kuwait).
9. Last Result Card from the previous school (Attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Embassy of Kuwait).
10. Health Card.
